Switchboard
For safe, reliable insulation on panels, bus bars, and similar electrical applications, Cal Fasteners’ switchboard insulators are the perfect solution. Our insulators are compression molded from a high-strength, glass-reinforced polyester material that meets UL891 safety requirements and is listed UL 94-VO for flammability.
Switchboard insulators are available in numerous standard heights and shapes. Custom sizes and shapes are also available. Aluminum, brass, and steel inserts are available, per customer specification.
All our insulators are hi-pot tested at 3,000 volts and inspected for short spots, defects, and cracks.
We also offer centerpost insulators and standoff insulators.
