Insulators

We carry standoff insulators for panels, bus bars & switchboards. Our insulators are U.L approved and manufactured from BMC polyester material, in various heights, thread sizes & also brass metric inserts: 100% HI-POT tested at 5,000 volts. We are specialists in 3/4 inch to 3-inch tall insulators.

Electric insulators for various applications: bus bars, switch gear, etc. Insulators are made with a glass reinforced polyester bulk molding compound, and aluminum threads. They are compression molded to give you the highest strength available.

The BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) material is U.L. listed 94-VO for flammability, and meets requirements for the U.L. 891 standard for safety. Every insulator is hi-pot tested at 3,000 volts, and inspected for: cracks, short spots, and defects of any kind
