CMC® Type GPT Aluminum Connectors

CMC’s type GPT parallel taps and tee taps are manufactured from high strength 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. This unique material gives these tap connectors superior strength and maximum electrical conductivity.

All type GPT parallel connectors and tee connectors are dual rated for use with both copper and aluminum conductors. Electro tin plating provides improved contact resistance and corrosion protection.

Assembly and installation is easy, requiring only a screwdriver or allen wrench (depending on model). Connectors are reusable. Specially designed tap covers are also available. All CMC connectors are manufactured in North America. UL and CSA rated; RoHS compliant.
