The NCL Splice Connector is made out of Aluminum which is duel-rated for use with both aluminum and copper conductors. This neutral splicing sleeve has a solid center for assurance of equal crimping. Each Sleeve comes prefilled and plugged with an electrical joint compound.
 
They are marked with the catalog number with the conductor size and die reference. This is a quality made sleeve which will meet the requirements of ANSI C119.4
